All-in-One Platform for Medical Conferences

The Challenge

Organizers of medical conferences and CME events were stitching together a separate website builder, a generic event app, and an email tool for every event — re-entering the same speaker bios, agendas, and sponsor logos three times, with no single source of truth. For events with strict continuing-education accreditation requirements, that duplication was also a compliance risk.

Our Architectural Solution

RINVID helped architect Navus as a single content model: organizers entered an event's sessions, speakers, and sponsors once, and the platform generated the public event website, the attendee-facing mobile app, and outbound newsletters from that shared data. The focus was purpose-built simplicity for medical and healthcare event organizers, not a generic all-purpose event tool.

The Execution

We built a multi-tenant web application with a drag-and-drop site builder, a companion mobile app for session agendas and networking, and a newsletter engine for pre- and post-event attendee communication. Real-time sync meant an agenda change on the dashboard updated the website, the app, and the next scheduled email automatically, with no manual re-entry.
