The Execution: Hybrid-Cloud & IaC

We technically solve this using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform. We architect "Multi-Region" or "Hybrid" topologies where the application compute runs in high-performance regions like AWS Frankfurt, while sensitive transactional data resides in localized sovereign data centers within the CEE region.
